Instruction

Each song is 3-4 minutes long. Meditate to 3 songs each morning and 3 songs each night. First song is for your navel chakra, the second is for your heart chakra, and the third is for your third eye.

If you only have time for 1 song, meditate on your heart chakra. (If you feel a greater need for grounding, then you can meditate on your navel chakra instead.)
